Terms & conditions

We are responsible only for bookings made through us. If you book a flight or hotel by yourself, MG Travel will not be responsible for any issues during your stay.

Travel insurance is mandatory for distant destinations.

Basic MG Travel agency terms & conditions:

1. The booking process begins when you contact us via email or phone. A travel advisor will plan and arrange all details of your tour. Once you have agreed, we will issue an invoice for you to make a deposit to confirm your booking.
2. A deposit of 50% is required. We will notify you once we receive the deposit. The deadline for the deposit payment depends on the type of holiday package you choose.
3. Full payment for your holiday package must be made 7 weeks before the departure date.
4. If there are unexpected changes in tourist attractions at your destination, a surcharge may apply.
5. Personal documents may be requested for payment verification if necessary. Payment will be made via bank transfer.
6. Flight bookings must be fully paid at the time of the booking request. We can only hold a flight booking for 48 hours at the same price. This service is not free; flight booking assistance costs 50 EUR/50 USD per person.

Refund policy and cancellation:

Depositing money indicates your readiness to use the tour, travel arrangements, and accommodations we reserve. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. If you book within 8 weeks of departure, the full balance is payable at the time of booking. All cancellations are subject to a charge based on estimated losses as follows:

• 91 days before departure: 20% is forfeited.
• 61 to 90 days before departure: 30% of the travel package is forfeited.
• 40 to 60 days before departure: 60% of the travel package is forfeited.
• 31 to 39 days before departure: 80% of the tour package cost is forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip or no-shows: 100% of the travel package is forfeited.
• For payments not paid in full by the departure date, and failure to make the final payment, the reservation will be cancelled without availability.

Any cancellation made by us will result in a 100% refund to our client.

If you choose to pay off in instalments (pay now, book later), you must secure your trip with a 39% deposit, then pay the remaining amount monthly according to the agreement. Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.

Flight-only bookings:

MG Travel Agency does not issue airline tickets. Your contract will be directly with the flight provider, airline, or agent. We only assist in booking flights under conditions that protect our clients’ money and ensure stress-free travel:

1. Bookings include only those with refundable, changeable tickets and seat selection. No bookings will be made without these conditions. Booking assistance is not free; the booking fee is 50 EUR/50 USD and must be fully paid.

Traveling with you as a tour leader to any destination is not free; costs depend on the destination and the number of travellers.

Accommodation: We choose the best hotel for you according to your budget. Any changes to another hotel choice must be made before the deposit. If the new hotel is more expensive than the first, you are responsible for the extra costs. We can only change hotels of the same price and standard free of charge.

Travel documents, Visa, and entry to any destination, vaccination:

1. It is your responsibility to ensure all your travel documents are in order. Your passport for international travel should not expire within six months after entering most destinations.

Changes to travel dates:

1. Changes are only acceptable no later than 60 days before the departure date, subject to new availability of hotels and tour arrangements. This agreement is valid only with email confirmation from us; phone calls and WhatsApp messages are not accepted.
